You completely contradict yourself here as that’s all FC is, OPFC actually built up a majority of their scoring chances and had many more set pieces earned

Oh, the irony. Are you new here?

No irony, just calling it like it is- Did not say AP was not a good player

Sloppy wins count the same as the glorious kind.
Never once said a win was not a win so pound sand...

How’s that? Some one asked for a recap, and a fairly accurate and to the point one was given that you are now trying to pull apart, go crawl back under your rock

CP is the only decent team in that waste of a 4 team bracket they went down to play.

Truth. Good for Westside for walking out of that game with a tie, but SC Del Sol's President's Day Tournament overall is a local tournament that does not attract a lot of good teams.

There is no team the caliber of lafc there--it ain't Surf--but the only weak team there is Rush. One more game there against the tournament hosts for WT.

Las Vegas Mayor's Cup is where Westside usually goes on President's day weekend, but they don't have a DA division. ADF has an 05 team there.

Stop. Just please stop. I am a crossfire parent and there are no excuses that need to be offered. We lost. God why do you people insist on making excuses or blaming others? It was a contes, one team won and one team lost. Regardless of who was on the field or not, there was a winner. Get over yourselves it's youth soccer. This is why people hate Crossfire parents and make fun of them on here. The only thing to complain about was the weather. It was indeed cold and wet. However, both teams had to play in it. And both sets of parents had to suffer through it. Anyways, another spring another nose dive for Crossfire...I mean Lake O WUSC. No wait, WUFC? Who are we again? OPFC? Oh well, meet the new boss....same as the old boss.

Westside 2, SC del Sol (AZ) 0.

Westside goes undefeated at the Phoenix showcase with a 2-1-0 record, tied with Crossfire Premier, with a dominant defensive performance that sees them only concede a single goal, and that off a penalty.

FC comes to mvcp this weekend, so no rest...

Good job defeating a non-DA team. Way to go, Westside

Wow, sounds like a great place to be as a parent and player- I guess cross that toxic dumpster fire that is OPFC off the list of possible places to play next year...

Not every good team is in DA. And there are no DA teams in Arizona-- but several teams that would crush anything from Oregon.

Gotsoccer has SC del Sol as a top 50 club. While I don't believe that, the Pacific Northwest was well represented in Phoenix.

                        Pay attention.

I said AZ has teams that would crush anything from Oregon. RSL for sure. PRFC Scottsdale as well, most likely. Didn't say SC del Sol was one of them--obviously Westside beat them handily.

Point was that not all the good boys' teams are in DA; there are many parts of the country that have excellent soccer programs but no DA presence.

I am updating the scoring list. USSDA game report shows 1 goal by WE & 1 goal by AP, but the parent recap says both were by AP. Does anyone know which is correct?

Sorry, I can’t help. I was at the game but didn’t see who got on the end of it (people said that it was AP). I just know that it was a VERY nice cross that the wing back sent in after making a long run!

Couple things I would like to say as I have not been on this chit show in quite sometime and after reading the drivel I wish I would not have even came back- damn you someone for mentioning the chit talking that was going on the other day. I find it absolutely amazing that you idiots actually think you know something because your kid plays soccer. Let’s clear up a couple things about the 3 regional invites from Oregon since you have seem to have no clue- They are all talented players and good for them for putting themselves in the conversation even if they are not on par with the California kids. Second where they played prior to TA - 1 came from Westside (JB), one came from what used to be called crossfire (LY), and one came from ADF (YE), so nobody has any strangle hold on top tier development and guess what, there are still very talented kids playing what some of you fools call little da and some oysa who are just a good as most on TA. This parent group should be ashamed of the fractured state of youth soccer thatyou have created here between clubs and yourselves, just to make you aware again- our boys don’t give a SH1T about the politics and other issues and club bashing that parents continue to throw around and actually know and like each other for the most part. Take a step back, take a deep breathe and realize that these times fly by quickly and just make sure you and your children are in an environment that you feel is providing what you desire out of soccer and that your SON ENJOYS. Whether that is having a coach that seems to allow the ability to play other sports (OPFC) or a soccer centric place that does not allow for other outside interests like TA, find that spot that is for your child and embrace it and stop bashing others for their choices. Realize that 99.99% of the 05 boys will never be paid a single dime to play professional soccer later in life and that the best lessons that can be learned are teamwork, accountability and how to deal with defeats as all will be important later in life

AP scores both, the first on a long booted ball to the corner, that one of the FORWARDS/STRIKERS managed to get a foot on and crossed past multiple defenders that found AP (which to his credit he converted) in front of the net somehow- atleast that is what the video says
