Have you talked to Cony? You have the club's DoC as your son's coach, so you will get an answer straight from the horses's mouth. Cony may offer you a differing opinion as to how training should be run, but he generally will talk to parents who approach him with questions. You may not like the answer, but ask the question.
It was my understanding that Cony is not too big of a fan of DA? Is this true? Also, I would like to hear from the other clubs about watching film. Seems like such a great tool for teaching. The clubs have HUDL access, so why not? So, Washington is a yes. Westside is a no. What about the rest of you?
FCP ?
BSC ?
Xfire?
CFC?
Eastside?
Washington Timbers.
It’s my understanding that our BU12 DA does not practice that many times per week. They only go three times a week.
My sons DA practices Monday, Tuesday and Thursday on turf, Wednesday’s they play futsal in a gym and Friday they have dinner and watch video. On bye weekends they tak Friday off.
They have had a couple of fridays where they played other sports. Basketball, ping pong tournaments, handball and badminton tourneys. It’s been a fun year
Your head coach is spending that many hours every night of the week and a Saturday game with the kids? That seems a bit too much to be true...vantucky tends to exaggerate so take it for what it is
Cony's the director of coaching, and he's the coach of 05 DA. (He also runs Metro Futsal Academy, which is an offshoot of Westside). He doesn't have any other teams with the club (I don't think). For 05 DA, he's THE coach--he runs the practices, he comes to games.

Remember when they exaggerated about building three turf fields? And we all laughed at them?

Is that correct, 5 for #91?
Can anyone verify the Eastside vs FCP goals?
I can't verify the actual scorers, but in fact, I have the score at 9-0, FC. I know many, many of the goals were scored by #91. Perhaps even the missing 9th.
I am an Eastside parent. It was a tough day. Tougher than usual.
That, too; though his reputation is a bit exaggerated. Or he's gotten soft in his old age. :)
Running on the beach, through waves, and up and down berms; running at Mt Tabor or in Forest Park. (Last part reminded me of my daughter's Jesuit team runs.)
Tahuichi training was much more brutal, ut Cony definitely uses the Tahuichi Way here.
