Talked to few coaches, and it is pretty bad over there. One of the problems is JF, takes these mediocre teams and forces them to play Premier, so they can charge Premier prices. So after a year of getting killed in Premier, parents and players are just not happy. But JF refuses to place teams where they need to be.
And unless the team is playing at the same place as TE team, you will never see JF again. He never comes out and actually looks at the teams and where they should be.

FCSC had a 55% drop in players this year. All went to Vantucky Timbers for tryouts and players that didn't make teams there ended up here at Pacific FC

We chose the softball coach at PFC over the band teacher at FCSC. And we saved a ton of money!

Awesome role model? She was my daughter's coach a couple years ago and showed up to maybe 20% of the practices and games. No dedication to our team,only to her daughter's team. Calling her to do she is a complete farce. She has absolutely no involvement with any teams other than her daughter's team. Being a great player at one point doesn't make you a great person on the surface she seems like she's nice but she's phony

So spot on. Truth is, if she was a fantastic coach/DOC you'd see more kids at her club. If she was a better manager, you'd see a bigger club or an affiliation with a noteworthy club. But she doesn't play nice (read the phony comment above if needed) and her immaturity as a leader will stifle any possibilities this club may ever have. Don't get me wrong, there's an anomaly but that same thing has happened at Pacific and I'm sure the overall-wearing coaches there didn't play for the USMNT. Last insightful comment of the day: there will be loyalists and followers, and you may see upside but don't be surprised if the promise land isn't as plush as once depicted.

That salary will have to be cut this year. With the loss of 12 teams and $40k over three years they will need to make cuts.
