Good job. I will say, I don't see any Columbia River or Skyview girls on the team. If they were developed at FCSC, wouldn't she have a lot from that area then? Sounds more like an all star team that were put on a team.

So great job recruiting those players then, I guess?

Skyview and Columbia River kids are a lot smarter in general and don't fall for the FCSC shenanigans. Most of them play at FC or CU instead.

        That is a good point.

Yes. Don't you all recall how the girls for Eastside's Aston Villa team moved over there after winning multiple Oregon state cups.

Looks like Rogue Valley took your team to overtime. Is this a particularly strong year for a team down south? Surprised that the result was so close.

Leave all the politics / rumor and innuendo aside ... Congrats to the girls! Well done!

                  Awesome job!

FCSC should look at TE maybe auditing the books each quarter to make sure no one is stealing from the club.

Fire the President for not knowing what the hell is going on with his club!

Fire the DOC for stupidly having tryouts prior to everyone else.

The land of misfit toys needs a revamp if they are to survive

"all the way" I was thinking that with this title, she won some huge tournament. All she won was a State Cup title that 13 other coaches also won. Go to regionals and win it, then come back and brag.

2 girls. As well as several from WashT the year before. And then they lost 2 top players to FC ECNL.

That won't happen. Couldn't even beat any WA teams in FWRL this year or any teams in National League

Winning Oregon State girls cup doesn't take much talent as the best players aren't even playing

If there was ever any talk about Vancouver being anything other than a glorified hickville than it should be put to rest forever by the fact that the "flagship" newspaper for the "city" puts in an article about some club team winning state cup. Puts you on a level with White Salmon.

The author is an old TE high school mate so she uses that "friendship" to blow her own horn about every six months. If I had a dollar for every time the Columbian has used "the former United States women’s national team player" I'd be rich enough to fix the Harmony Complex's parking lot
