It's tolerated because that is all we know.

It will be interesting if those percentages go up with the advent of ECNL here in OR.

Oh the stats will change, but they won't go up.

I think you are wrong. There have been a number of girls from the club(s) associated with ECNL going to the PAC12. I would suspect you will seem then also do a tour of duty in ECNL. I would have my dd do it if she was that good and the right age.

Of the current u17 and U18 age groups, there are maybe one or two PAC 12 offers and they are at the U18 age. The Academy has at least as many if not more.

Then the answer would be yes. Those numbers will increase. That is girls that have played ECNL and went to the PAC12.

You speak of the WST old Rage team. They are an anomaly at WST and make up a majority of the Thorns thingy. The quality level will drop like crazy as they move on next year.

Actually it is one girl. So I guess they will have one more. Needed three teams to do it and the overall % of girls doing ECNL and going to PAC 12 is dropping. Maybe Portland should have added five or six teams to get the overall numbers to increase. There sure isn't much at the three they choose.

How is the number of girls doing ECNL and going to the PAC12 dropping? So you are disputing what was said in the press thing presented by or on, the ECNL website. Please cite sources.

Personally, If I were UofO or OSU I would stop recruiting from the state. They both have quite a few locals on their teams and are doing horrendous.

Actually UO is improving and is pretty solid. OSU is in the toilet.

So the ECNL clubs are telling lies? Not surprised. Check for yourself.

Look at the facts. The kids that got full rides to d1 are coming from clubs that were already putting them there before ecnl came along and were already way better than anything is here. To look at what SoCal blues is doing and think oregon teams are just like them because they might play them at one point during the year is comical.

Oh but wait, the ECNL clubs all told us we would be just like the other ECNL clubs. They keep posting articles on here about all the top conferences who have lots of ECNL players on them. And the national teams too. You mean ECNL won't make our girls the same caliber? Is it too late to ask for my money back?

When my dd is cruising with a full ride you all will be laughing then? Face the music.

I'm too lazy to decipher this. But at a casual glance it doesn't appear to denote who played ECNL and who didn't. Only the name of the club and whether or not they have national experience.
