Speaking of scholarships, how much is being given to the lone WST player who is going to CU? Must be all inclusive including travel. Wonder if the other CU parents are aware since they are paying the full fees.

Hasn't it occurred to you that this is why THUSC and Crossfire Oregon merged for ECNL? Look at how many kids they bring together. Crossfire United will be far more competitive than FC Portland. Maybe FC should merge with WST.

We did it once. Offered a very talented girl an 80% scholarship because she really needed it and it enticed her to join. What we did not know was that the most our club offered officially was 50% scholarships. Do you want go know what that did to her eligibility?

Sometimes it is obvious who is on scholarship.

It is just really low to have any one call out a single player and questioning how she is going to finance ECNL.

I am not a fan of scholarships, but calling out a single player on this forum is not the way to protest.
