This is exactly what I'm talking about.

Being p*ssed off writing on this blog won't fix things at the club. Get off yer' a## and get to work, make better decisions for EVERYONE, and not just yourself and your BUDDIES. The world doesn't end at the Columbia or Ridgefield.
I'm just tired of watching these same characters perpetuate this environment, running off many good folks because they lack enough sense to hire people that may challenge the status quo instead of maintaining it.
Hell, you're probably one of those that are afraid of change!

I have a challenge.
This Victor should have some sort of papertrail right?
I challenge all u haters to post the incidents besides all this rumor mongering. Show me some proof. An old link to the stories or something that's official.
I'm not a fan of VG. As a matter of fact the piece of **** makes my skin crawl. Our DD is aware she needs to give him a wide berth if she comes in contact.
I have a bunch of throwaway email address' u could send to if you don't post.

How are you not running a soccer club!
You are just brilliant! I don't care what your kid says about you, you know what you are talking about!
Not only do you know nothing about what you are taking about, but you seem to be able to write so much about nothing!
Email your resume out to the soccer clubs around. They need your wisdom and commitment!
Lol

Hahahahahah. Yes. For the better of Vancouver you must come out of the closet and share who you are. The sheer intellect coming from your posts deserve a name to it.
I bet crossfire is beating down your door for ideas. Talk about not fixing anything...the reason why you are on here its a great way to let off frustration for you coming up short and now you seem to be crying to a forum.
Here is an idea....you proceed to flame away and I'll continue to eat my popcorn.

Garen was fired from coaching the B99 boys. Sunny stated the Garen was not a good fit for the team and could not help them mature. Sunny states that Victor is the better choice. Some parents are quite happy with this decision. These parents claim Victor is the best coach ever. These parents were also quite vocal about complaining about Garen and even about some of his players throughout the season. These parents also threatened to pull their kids from the club. Some of the parents are unhappy with the change because Garen was producing results and thought he was good for their sons. They were also worried because the rumors they heard about Victor.
We'll have to wait and see if Victor can produce and prove that he was the better choice for those boys.
