Did you not read the title of the thread? If you wanna talk about FC & issues start your own thread.
This thread is for bashing Victor & the Wa. Timbers.

Nope. That would explain that the good ole boy coaching fraternity at ***C shined it on and saying they did conduct a background check. A first year HR intern would run having to actually read the sordid details of such a colorful past. Have his claimed licenses ever been verified?

"Never has a truer word been spoken"

If you take a little time to understand all these coaching relationships, it is downright amazing the toes they have with each other. Like living together for example. You are a roommate or ex roommate therefore your qualified to coach. I find that a strange, if not unusual credential.

Well then, explain the credentials you have to make such a statement. You don't have any and you won't let us know who you are. That to me speaks volumes about your credibility. And to rebut your eventual rejoinder, I'll respond with a simple "You brought it up. Hater ".

I guess that one touched a little to close to home. I didn't make that bed.........

Having credentials doesn't mean anything if you do NOTHING with them.

Just stop. Yes, I am a current member within Wa Timbers. But I have been at clubs from across the and now here. All the more competitive clubs are similar when it comes to coaching staff. I could poke holes in YOUR coaching staff all the way up and down the line. You have some great coaches, you have some weaker coaches. Some are paid, some are volunteer. But don't come on here and pretend that Wa Timbers coaching staff is any different than yours. We've been there. Wa Timbers staff is just as good, and in some ways better.

                  Rcl

Well this is an Oregon talk site and its soccer related there is a lot of chatter about someone who's coaching a team that plays RCL 1 in Washington. The majority of people on this site will never come into contact with the person you're all posting about?

If you've been around, this isn't the case. You would know that all soccer organizations aren't run this way, especially if you've been part of it. There continues to be a nepotistic environment at ***C, fostering an environment that isn't attractive to professional coaches. The word on the street is out and the clubs continued dependence on ineffective leadership will only length a needed recovery.

I know it would be hard seeing this from the inside, and even harder if you have a conflict. But in truth, this is what is talked about at parties, and whispered on the sidelines.

Hopefully, Eli gains the courage to make necessary changes to improve the clubs long-term outlook.

Hahahahahah. What a looney! Someone fell short at ***c. Here's an idea, why don't you send an email and detail all that you feel so strongly about. The lack of intellig...the intelligence of your posts just scream amazing. I know it must be hard that no one listens to you but write that email and it will make you feel better.

                          Lol

Think this post has run, there are those that dislike and those that like the guy. lets just watch the season and see how it goes from a soccer development point of view. As this is a soccer forum not gossip corner.

If you look at the other states listed on this site you dont see the vitriol that comes out here just saying lets be better here, even the next states over Ca and Wa dont come close

As a virtual monopoly of kids soccer in the area, they should be doing better.

Biggest only because the control almost all of rec soccer in Clark county. Rec accounts for over 2/3 of the membership at WT_FC. And the "premier" side is taking it in the shorts right now, losing dozens of top "A" team players to Salmon Creek and across the river.
