Interesting that the announcement regarding any additions to the ECNL is taking so long.
Crossfire Premier and WPFC ECNL have announced that their tryouts will be at the end of April. Not sure if an Oregon Club got an ECNL franchise they'd stick to the historic "August" tryout dates for HS ages or not. Why would they? - I'm sure they would want to build their ECNL teams ASAP.
I know this is just conjecture but the longer we go without an announcement this does not bode well for OR clubs. Or as some have suggested on here maybe the decision is being slowed by discussions/negotiations with MLS/NWSL? If they had selected a local club or two already why wouldn't they have announced it by now? Their process (website) says they will look at applications and let clubs know on a "rolling basis" within a "few weeks". Something is up as their decision seems to be more complex.

I heard that the ECNL people said that they are waiting for the turf to be put in. Little do they know they will be waiting and waiting and waiting.

Exactly. You won't because you suck. And you know know it.
I can think of maybe one club in Oregon that can compare when looking at both boys and girls all ages.
