Hopefully that is semantically acceptable to everyone...

Just two questions, first why not just create an A side and a B side, and have them play at the appropriate level? Second, what happens when we get to State Cup or some other competition that requires fixed rosters? Are the top kids consolidated and the rest just bumped off to the side?

There are dozens of messages on this forum about how important it is for the kids to play against the best competition they can. Then if a team plays better players down there is about the same number of posts complaining that it's unfair. Which is it? If your kid isn't on the team that is moving players back and forth, why do you care? If it's a problem for the team or club moving players isn't it their problem to sort out?
