I think they stay as long as they are winning. So far they are wining, both in OYSA silver and FWRL.

I think that you work for this site. You see a hot button issue that gets the comments rolling and keep em coming back. Because posts equals visits and visits equals pings for ad serving. And thats what pays to keep this thing running.

Promotion / relegation is fall to fall, not fall to spring.

In the past, teams could move up in spring for state cup but who knows how TT will be treated. You would think that the league will have enough complaints from Silver teams and want them out of there and up where they are better matched. Maybe RV or Bend waives the white flag by then too?

Doubt any team moves down willingly. RV & Bend are improving and want to be in Premier to get the best competition. Like Wusc, they would be at the top of Silver (without TT). Much better to have the challenge of Gold - especially for their top players who need that level of challenge.

Spring league doesn't count for anything and doesn't have to have only 8 teams per division.

How are they improving, Bend hasn't scored a goal since opening weekend? RV has yet to win a game! Seems like their confidence is taking a beating and they could use a soft game or two.

Looks like the Timbers clubs may be rethinking wanting the OPL clubs back in their league...

Same story at U11 and U12. And would be the same story at U14 if the OPL clubs "A" teams still played in OYSA.
