Why are you saying that half of other teams will leave at U14 to go to the ENCL. Shouldn't you already have most the great players in the area because of the training prior to that? or are you saying other clubs are training there kids to be better than the ones arleady within your club so they take all their spots.
The "confusing" part is why do all of these kids from so-called "great" Timbers Alliance clubs leave there after 2-3 years and flock to FC/THUSC/Xfire? And why do you never see any kids move in the opposite direction. Think about that for a while if you're still "confused".

That's 1/4 of USYS, which doesn't include all of the US Soccer, US Club PDP/iD2 and ECNL stuff going on out there that are at that same level or higher. Once you realize that USYS ODP is a shadow of what it once was, and that it's only considered important by those participating in it (about 20% of top Oregon players), then you'll understand why most are saying "Nothing to see here."
If she is so far down on the list of top 2002 players in Oregon, I'm sure we will see at least several of those other mysterious top girls on the u14 National Team roster.
Face it, she s the best we've got at this age group - at least at this time. Oregon should be proud that we at least have her!
