Looks to me like NWCL has the top 2, FCP and THUSC while the best team in FWRL is Tiki Taka. I would give the nod to NWCL in this case.

And by what rationale are you saying Fcp and thusc are the top 2 teams in state? There is nothing to back that up. That could as easily be true as saying Woodburn rain and the pcu team are top in the state.

I don't think so, the bracket CFC and tika taka are in also has a very strong Washington team. And unfortunately the way this tournament is set up lose 1 and your in the loser bracket

FC Portland maybe, THUSC is not. What has THUSC won this summer, if they are top 2. I would place them further down.

Don't thusc and FCP get auto births to NWCL? At least with FWRL, you have to earn it. Last year was a bit of a joke when both THUSC's ecnl and oo Silver team were in it. Silver got hammered. It lost some legitimacy in my book after that.

It will be an interesting year. Seems obvious that all the truly special teams are Timbers alliance and Tiki Taka. Really hope THUSC and FC can keep up. We will have to check in again in a few weeks.

FC is a very very good team, if you have not played them you will be very surprised when you do. They are a truly special group.

Sorry for assuming that it was a "Champions" League, I can explain how the league that the name was poached from works if you would like? Like ManU found out last year, there are no automatic births, you actually have to put up some Ws to get in. So I thought you had to do more than just exist to get in, back in the day there was actually qualification criteria. Not sure what 00G Silver was the Champion of, and I think that'd showed in their results. And no I'm not a TA loyal, I would make the same argument for 02G Eastside, best Hearts did last year in a split league was 4th.
