bottomline - the coaching at the ECNL is well below subpar. If you go look at true ECNL clubs they have top level coaching. The training and coaching is the most important thing to look for. I've personally seen sessions run by three of our local ECNL staff and it's terrible.

BSC was clearly the better team, they had the lion's share of possession, shots, corners, etc, just were unlucky not to get a goal. A couple just wide, off the post, some nice saves by the Xfire goalie, etc. Most of the game was in Xfire's half and they mostly just could manage counter attacks that BSC's defense did a good job of cleaning up.
IMHO, Xfire was lucky to get the win.
