Won't make your kid any better. Kind of like buying your kid a t-shirt that says elite on it.

Or buy the t-shirt. I get it. I bought an expensive car once just to show off a little. Didn't make me a better driver though.

or go with a financially weary non-profit and play in the elite club league and lose all of your games. your choice.

Competition is good. The elite club league is rolling is cash. Time to put them in check.

They are working on getting subsidies. The costs are not the league, coaching, it's traveling. That is why Thorns are cheaper, they don't really do anything except a few matches in FWRL.
Sorry for the nut jobs hi-jacking this thread for the same old re-hash of ECNL chatter, but our dd's, some of the better players, will be playing ECNL at U14. Lies need to be nipped in the bud right now.

It is important to know all your options.
The clubs playing in the elite club league are not offering good coaching, just recruiting.
The Thorns Academy is offering proven coaches and a professional organization behind it.
I hope both are successful.
