Multiple coaches from different age groups working with kids at practice is not uncommon at FCP. Each pool has 3 coaches anyways and, because the teams practice at a common location, the coaches and DoCs can help out as needed. Even the groups that are doing very well regularly have 4-5 coaches at practice.

It is true we have had five coaches this spring to help out with the girls touches.

Also just picked up a new international kid from Israel. Her father Ronny was a forward on the Israeli National team in the 90's and is working the next 4 years at Intel. The Kid can play, as if this team needs any more help. WOW!!

If leagues do combine in fall i hope this team plays a year up so as to not play down to level of comp...

The difference at FCP is that you have to earn your right to play. There are no fixed starters or even rosters.

Yea but doesn't someone have to score on us before we can be beaten? With our back line and goalies I don't think that's going to happen. Worst case scenario is a tie 0-0... But that isn't very likely either with our forwards and midfielders. Just to much talent.

Being completely serious, I have been looking to move my DD to this team the last few months, but I may have to go to a game or two and sit by the parents to see if they really are this delusional, if they are then I want no part of it.

I actually did bring my DD out recently to Fcp. I spoke with just a few parents. Asked opinions with their team and overall club-coaches. I found them to be really nice, helpful
And even if they're calling themselves the "Big Dogs" they seem to be correct on the talent! I'd rather my DD try to run with the group than to be left on the porch with no skills/training
