Again are you a dumb$@&$? If you were there it was not intentional. Don't really care about win or loss. So glad the girls are getting new positions to try out. For my DD it was one of the most fun games she had because of these. Coach and parents not so focused on wins spring league that it holds kids only one position. Your girls did not look like they got rotated as to focused on win. That's been the problem with our team to focused on winning that many girls haven't developed like should. I sure hope our coach keeps rotating them otherwise they really won't meet the potential they have.

If yes can you give any information on how to keep up with that team? My kids team plays them in two weeks. Can't really tell what we are in for, results from last year were so, so but from what I hear it's a different story now.

Actually I think that "everyone" is more like one person! This is the same FCP team that finished dead last in the NPL fall league and lost 1-5 and 2-4 against ***C during league play and now they are miraculously the team to beat?! Please, they have a couple fast physical forwards, if you have speed on the back line they are quite predictable and easy to defend. They scored a single goal against my DDs team in the fall and unless they did some serious recruiting I expect similar results this Spring!!!

I semi agree! My DD has played this same Fcp team last few years. First year, that team cleaned up on tourneys & games.Again, the same two forwards had a foot/shot/skills above average for their ages which helped advance that team by just giving one of those girls the balls but come last fall that same team struggled advancing the ball up the field. Fcp has always been a major contender but after fall that seemed to diminish.
Yet, I disagree here: I too, seen this team play recently and as ridiculous as everyone sounds..it appears they're correct. This team played smart, physical , advancing the ball not the same Fcp team I saw few months ago. Yes. They still have their undeniable forwards but looks like they got some new talent as well. I'm going to say its safe to say their Back in the game. I'd like to know who their coach is?? Anyone know- they look good out there

Any parent dumb enough to think their team improved by leaps and bounds in just a few months, are in for a SERIOUS wakeup during their first tournament where both OPL AND OYSA teams meet. Picked up a top player from THUSC and several of their best players have been training with the FCP U12s this winter.

My DD plays for THUSC and she said her coaches have been talking at practice about the newly improved FCP team and trying any/all strategies to stop them. I'd call it bad coaching but maybe it'll motivate my DD's team.

We just moved from Colorado and my DD is in this age group. Great to see the discussion as we've been interviewing with different teams. Sounds like FCP is the way to go.
