FC Portland 2001 ECNL took a chance playing in OYSA and finished fourth place. They were also 0-3 in state cups. But a mom from that team still thinks they are the best.

It's not rocket science and most people see it besides the brainwashed Fcp parents.

If they don't recruit, their development is sub par.
