Dont have time to dig through all these posts. Can we get an updated opinion on the 02 girls? Are the OPL teams tops? What about this?

1. THUSC Emerald
2. Capital Timbers
3. FCP Navy
4. FCSC
5. BSC?

I think its a toss-up between WST Copa TS and THUSC Emerald:

Current Spring '15- THUSC and WST are both leading their respective leagues
Current NWCL - WST 2-3-0 THUSC is 2-3-1
FWRL - WST finished 2nd by 1 pt away 1st
Fall '15 THUSC finished 1st WST- finished 3rd (Capital was 1st)

not sure how you can say THUSC is leading their spring league, when they aren't. Granted they are playing up an age bracket but they aren't leading their league, but their record is 1-4-2 So I guess maybe by default that puts them at the top of their league, or tied with FC for the top of their league?

Copa ts may be currently on the top of OYSA, but they are one game ahead of BCS and only 2 points ahead. The last three games for BSC though are Copa TS and Wash Timbers, who are both ahead of them in points and Eastside who is just below them.

Capital seems to have hit a road bump. And I don't think FCSC is anywhere in this conversation. Eastside or possibly one of the Crossfires maybe.

IMO spring has very little to do with where a team is at, coaches moving players around, players taking breaks, spring is spring.

oops haha, was reading Spring OPL league standing top to bottom vs actually reading scores. Still give them a toss up with WST based on previous stats.

Agree that all the teams listed hear are area top teams except FCSC (don't belong), need to add Wash Timbers and maybe Eastside Timbers. Not sure what is going on with Capital Timbers?
Don't think you can rank the teams right now, wait for state cup to decide.

Capital Timbers have went downhill fast. Washington Timbers are playing great soccer right now.

Unfortunately state cup(s) will only get us down to two teams. Then we can have an endless debate between the two champs. Damn split league.

Did they pick up some new players since Fall? Why the sudden momentum?

Look at CFC historically.

Once in a blue moon they get a decent crop of dd's that do fairly well U14 and below, but at some point it always evaporates like a fart in the wind. Just some years it happens sooner then others.

Player movement throughout the year...playups playing on age and just starting to click. Every team has their moments...they are little girls
