BSC's "B" team, where did they come from? Where and who have they been playing that earns them a top 10 in Oregon ranking?

And interesting to see that 7 of the top 10 (if you include Wash Timbers in there between FC and THUSC) are OYSA. Would have loved to see THUSC and FCP come join the fun

FCP and THUSC will get a good challenge playing U13 this spring.

Well, they have been playing and beating every team not in Prem Div of OYSA, won league and won Dir Cup, so seems to make sense to me. If you are one of the strongest D2 teams and there are 7-8 legit Prem Teams, shouldn't this put you in 8-10th in the State? Where is the confusion? What should they be ranked? I guess we'll see how they do against the Prem teams this Spring.

Well, they have been playing and beating every team not in Prem Div of OYSA, won league and won Dir Cup, so seems to make sense to me. Looks like BSC has a good group of girls. Their 'b' team isn't that far behind their A team.
FCP is the same just not ranked as high, but I know their coach and I swear he loses matches on purpose.

Having strong B teams for both these clubs will pay dividends down the road at this age.

BSC's second team isn't that strong - they are just notorious for swinging half the A team players down to ensure wins. (on paper they look great but as a whole the pool isn't that strong.)

i don't understand why they don't pull from the lower level up? Those are the players that need more time. Why not reward them instead of continuing to give the top level kids more time. Guess W's are more important then development.

Untrue, TS trash. They got a few new 1st team players last Spring at tryouts and moved some players to the second team to make room. They now have 2 solid teams. Pres Cup makes you lock down rosters a few weeks before league ends, so they won without any help from 1st team players.

and their 1st team then played short for the final few weeks of their Fall season when their last 3 games were against the 3 opponents right behind them in the standings? Yeah, right. Your DD's got beat by a legit 2nd team, deal with it.
