    Vancouver Timbers now Washington Timbers

The VTimbers have released a new logo and name. They are now the Washington Timbers. They have also included two stars for National Championships. I believe they are representing:

G93 US Club Premier Division (not Super Group) 2011
G94 US Club Premier Division (Not Super Group) 2012

Does any of the Oregon clubs claim premier division "National Championships?"

THUSC had a close call with one 10 years back....the answer is no...I believe a boys team did in the early 90's at West Villa...I believe Jim Rilatt has the only National Championship in Oregon

No. US Club National Championships did not exist back when John Bain's West Villa team won the then USYS championship. I believe that FC Portland had a boys' team win USYS Championship as well. First year Pacific Northwest US Club Regionals were hosted by Westside Metros at the THPRD Rec Center. Some Oregon teams opted out of Nationals due to their USYS Regionals and ODP commitments. The Westside Gunners did play at the US Club Nationals U12s (old yr) had to play up as U13s. Although they did not win, they did well enough that the other U13 teams in their bracket were impressed. Anytime any team from Oregon advances and does well at USCS and USYSA Regionals and Nationals its all good for all Oregon clubs. It opens the doors to opportunities to play in more out-of-state tournaments.

FC Portland won a U18B national title in 1994. Eastside Liverpool U18B national title 3 or 4 years ago. WSM Internationals went to the finals twice at U18 and U19 but didn't win. WSM Galacticos won a US Club National Cup at U15 two years ago, they were USYS regional finalist at U14 and semi-finalists at U16. WSM Premier was a USYS regional finalist at least once. There was an FC Portland Girls team that also won a US Club National Cup but that was quite a while ago.

US Club is not a true national champ and not worthy of a star

What about a US Club Oregon Premier League National Championship Cup (aka OPL state cup) ? We could host it and call ourselves national champions
