No. Only certain people with poor conflict resolution skills.

I am not with Westside but know enough nice folks and kids there. Ditto for all of the clubs and teams that I have been around for years and years.

Stirring up the pot, so to speak, before state cup and try outs is so old and tired. Anyone that uses the word "hate," when dealing with their personal issues should consider investing in communication courses and counseling.
