If you live out east of 205, the decision becomes easier but it doesn't hurt to have options, as someone already mentioned. You said younger, I assume 10-12 yrs old. At that age, you want to look for a coach that will ensure technical skills (ball handling) with subdued tactical focus, and allow for the game to educate the players. If you contact a few of the clubs and let them know you're thinking about your DD playing there next year, I'm confident they would let her come out for a practice or two to see how they do things. This way you can get a feel for the atmosphere and the general practice location.
