SSC will merge with everyone over there to be OSSA, as will LO. So, by my math, the top 8 teams in Premier would be 2 THUSC teams, 2 OSSA teams, Eastside, OR Rush, Nemesis, and Sherwood WST. Is this correct?
There can be more then 8 teams in premier at the HS level. Currently there's 11 teams in U15. It's all up to the DOC's for placement.

      How is that working out?

Thanks! (I guess that I could have looked at the bracket myself, too!) - How is that working out, with the uneven brackets? Seems that the top division should not be so watered down, and should have fewer teams than the lower division? It seems that sometimes the DOC 'discretion' is a bit more optimistic than it should be. I would hope that prior track record would/should overrule some of this to keep it truly 'Premier'.

Who is to say, this is girls soccer. The first time these 2 teams played FC seemed to be missing players and copa wasn't. The score in that game was 1-0 copa (last minute goal). This last game FC seem to have full roster but Copa was missing a couple of girls......so who is best?

They seem to be struggling quite a bit, even more so than in the Fall League. Weren't they supposed to be all that and more?
Both teams will merge for U15, so don't worry about it fellows. Perhaps a few of the other players from the WST will make the Sherwood group. One thing I know, the merge will make a stronger team. I also think the merge with Southside will make a solid team at U15. This is what this age group needs, stronger teams. Players from the bottom dwellers will certainly tryout at other clubs at U15 and make other teams more competitive. In the end this age group will be down to maybe 4-5 strong teams; Onyx, WST, Bend, SSC, and FC. I know we will follow suit with the U15 Copa team and play in the FWRL next spring. Obviously we hope to also do well next weekend in Vegas, a very tough schedule indeed. It will be an interesting U15 tryout come August.

Copa was missing players in both games. Has FC ever beaten Copa under any circumstances?

I'm not sure but the times I have watched FC was still the better team regardless of the result. Pretty clear, really.

Yes they were clearly the better team. I'm sure they were thinking that as they retrieved the ball 5 times from the back of the net. Clearly.

No. Best is a tie. Copa just has their number. Or, just a better team. Deal with it. FOr some reason these girls do not get respect. When they decide to show up and play, they are a pretty good team. Have a couple of very good players, and they all can play well together at times. But they are 13/14 year olds and sometimes have their game and sometimes they do not.

there's always haters or people trying to stir the pot. by this point u pretty much just ignore it. I have. There's good stuff on this forum, but most is garbage and it's easy to see.

I think the point was they play prettier soccer. They have a great passing game but just don't have enough girls to finish. Copa can on occasion play a nice game but they still resort to the long ball and physical play way too much.

FC plays a better brand of soccer, they just don't have any fast strikers.

Teams can do that (pass pretty balls to feet) against Copa because of their formation. They play 4-2-4 allowing opponents midfielder to have the space. Against us (Onyx) They did the same thing except They played with only three forwards And added another defender (5-2-3). We beat them 1-0 but with their frontline they certainly can have successs.
