The only club in Oregon whose board is comprised of a bunch of paid shills is slimy ADF. Not OPFC or WUFC - their boards are comprised of independent and unpaid volunteers. You will see them all named on the WUFC site. They are the same board for both OPFC and WUFC.

WUFC and OPFC boards are definitely not one and the same. WUFC board is comprised of some veteran soccer folks (equal parts women & men) and all are volunteers. OPFC does NOT even list their BOD members on their site because they’re not in compliance - virtually all of their BOD is comprised of paid staff/employees. Maybe a token volunteer member who doesn’t know that he/she is only being used for the sake of OPFC being able to say they have a “volunteer” board member.

OPFC also don’t post its BOD minutes (not sure those even exist), but I can confirm WUFC does. It would behoove LOSC and WUFC to disassociate themselves from OPFC. You don’t want to be guilty by association, let’s just that.

Fraser Morrison and Mark Olen serve and vote on the board that determines their salary as paid staff members at LOSC and OPFC. And they’re also the first & last line of defense for oversight. What could $$$$$ go wrong?

WUFC post their minutes- I put up the link a few days ago. In all fairness does any other club in Oregon do this? Does Westside? Eastside or Capital? The answer is no. They do not. To my knowledge only WUFC does.
