Think people need to lay off those parents. We had a few guest play and they are fine. Yeah there is a few problem parents and players on or from that team. Which they are already on their way out or everyone knows who they are. Same with any team.

They had victor and tina coaching them. What wouldn't make them crazy? Put them with a team and coach who won't take the craziness and they ll leave or fix it.

Yeah. Why would the boys leave Pacific? They only pay $100 year to play over there for everything that Tier 2 Timber's teams charge $1100 for.

The opportunities are tenfold at VT.....and since the coach is at VT that is why they should move there. Don't be alarmed when you see clubs like Pacific, FCSC, Willamette and other small clubs get bounced from OPL because they don't meet the requirements....these things are in motion...Portland Metro needs to and will condense down to 8 clubs (Which is still too big) If you want to play in the OPL you'd better be a player within the 8 clubs. It's the best thing for the area.

listen...the coach that worked with them this past year has forgotten more about soccer than every coach combined at Pacific......those boys are making the correct decision....

they could have stayed I guess...and play for a "t-ball parent" that doesn't have a clue about soccer.....and they could've saved $400

$400? Looks like it is $1000 savings. Even if our team hired a Trainer individually at Pacific, we could save $600 a year.

To me, I don't want to pay for the Timbers' overhead and administrators at the cost of the extra $600 per year.

The head coach was paid at Pacific....

those BU13 families did cut checks for winter lights...VT parents do not. If that Pacific team wants to do State Cup...they have to cut that check....VT parents do not....

League/Tournament Fees for 2012-2013 (OPL, NWCL, PML, State Cup and summer) - $500
Coaching Fees $441 - this was paid individually by each player this year

When did they ever have a spot in the NWCL? The OPL decides who gets invited and it appears they never made the grade...

They were in NWCL last year with old coach. They had a coach they borrowed from VT this year but they did not make it. If the team tries out at VT then maybe the DOCs can get them back in. That is the rumor I heard.
