With an unequal number of games head to head is skipped. All 3 teams have same numbers of wins. The question then becomes whether you go with the old rules that call for goal diff to decide or the new rules posted on the front page of the scores and standings page that call for goals against. At U-12 THUSC has been told that even with a win they would lose their tiebreaker due to the newer rules. If they are going to use the new rules for U-12 it stands to reason that they will use them for U-16

It looks like NWCL found a solution to the problem In the last few days they went and changed the rules on the score page. I knew they would do this and saved the PDF file. Anyone know how to post a PDF here?

NWCL just today took down the tiebreaking rules from the scores and scheduales page. This was after modifing them last week.

interesting quote from WPS
Without the now removed tiebreakers (using the only rules available which are the actual league rules) It is actually most number of wins in conference games. With a win over Crossfire both Onyx and NW National would have 4 conference wins. Onyx would then win on goal differential. I gave no interest in who goes from U-12 except NWCL removed the tiebreaker rules from from the scores page in an effort to decide the U-16 bracket. I do not think it is right to add rules then after the season is done modify them and then after the modified rules are used to exclude a team remove them so you can exclude a different team.

looks like U-13 tiebreaker will be decided on the field. Eastside made it with one set of rules and Reign made it with the other. Sounds like NWCL got it right this time.
