NOTE: When a game other than a quarterfinal, semifinal or a final ends in a tie, FIFA Kicks from the Penalty Mark will take place and the
results will be reported separately with the tie score. The results of the FIFA Kicks from the Penalty Mark in these games will only be used if two
teams remain tied in their bracket, after all the above tie breaker rules have been applied.

That said, it's RUBY if Hotshots lose. Its starts head-to-head (#1) which ended in a tie. Then to goal differential which, if Hotshots don't score @ least 3, will go to Ruby. The shots from the marks don't kick in until #4 tie breaker. Great job Ruby!!!!!!

I want to give a big congrats to FC Portland Platinum and Ruby! What an incredible day for FC Portland soccer. Platinum ends their first round playing a tough Rush team in Bend and winning the game, 1-0. Ruby travels to Medford and whoops Rogue Valley, 5-0!

Also, a big congrats to Sherwood. Way to play tough and earn a spot in the quarterfinals! Great job Force!
