Coaching Fees

Although motivation for coaching is for the love of the game, I was wondering what kind of money coaches receive inTX (known as one of the stronger states for player development) in comparison to the rest of the country.

Do they pay their coaches better, so they have more time to coach and/or attract a better level of coaches?

Top clubs, coaches make 15K to 25k a team a year, and have 3-4 teams.
I have heard we are much higher than other states. :roll:
