Funny how good old Phil and the English Purple People eaters have provided no free soccer since they have been in town. Probation for ECNL, Probation for DA, kicked out of CDL league, YDL will be gone next year. Money should be Purple bc that is what OC is all about.

We tried to 'move on", but Phil and his pet Gypsy Boy decided to pursue us with lawyers, threats and bogus sanctions. Now that a year has passed and people in central Florida are wondering why The Purple Lion is still a dysfunctional Club, they want to say 'stop the hate' and 'let's put this behind us'.

What about the rest of the OC coaching staff. You could go down the list and they are all terrible. Why would a player ever want to play for any of those coaches. GB is the worst of all of them. He destroy's players 1 by 1.

The fact that any one thinks Phil is influenced by anyone shows lack of your knowledge of Orlando city. Phil does his thing and does it well. Like it or not, he has done what no one with all their egos could ever do and that is bring soccer to Orlando on a Mls level. Well, OC has DA and ecnl which go over the head of pdp. DA isn't suppose to participate in those programs and all the kids besides them in the club can do odp so pdp which is optional and relative to your level. The DA points directly to the national team and that is clear on their website. Odp and pdp just offer their selected players and hope that the national team picks them. Do a little bit of homework and you will find what I did. All this pompous better than you stuff is just getting ridiculous. Pick what is best for your kid and do it with a smile on face and let everyone else worry about themselves.

They have grown! In Fact they are up 28% from just the Fall season for their age groups U/8 through U/13 boys and girls

They will grow again next fall...
Just build your own club by actions on the field, coaching, and development! NOT by trying to tear others down!

So it's ok for certain soccer people to get paid and not others. Ocys, is not for profit and doesn't make the money or get the perks from sales of merchandise. That goes to the pro side. Now it looks as if the pro side is giving away free soccer next year with the DA. No pay for play there. Interesting, I wonder if they will start funding more teams. How will that incourage other clubs to do thing for free.

GB is excellent recruiter but lacks depth in teaching the game. Has not coached kids older then 14. After age 14 they struggle with his childish antics and lack of knowledge.

GB has the ability to recruit the top young players to help make his cause. After that Saturday win that most parents crave and GB can feed off the carving he then leaves much to be desired. His teaching and record for transferring players to the next phase does not add up.

My son plays for him and you are full of crap. He is a fantastic coach and I believe that the fact that he attracts the best players bothers you. He took a discarded u12 team and made them more competitive this year. I know that tryouts are coming up but please know that most parents are aware of the advertising propaganda and regular bull that comes out on this site. The teams he has are successful. He produces good players. You may not like him, obviously, but the fact that you attack his coaching ability shows your lack of knowledge.
