All players who play up are good enough, ask there parents!! Especially if there parent works for a club

Vote did pass. Limiting players playing up is something else, and would be a league or club decision - not covered under this vote.

However, in the Nov 6 episode of Breaking the Line: The ECNL Podcast they did discuss players playing up, in the context of soccer academies and what lessons ECNL clubs could take.

The consensus was that playing players up, when appropriate, can be a valuable tool for individual development and that clubs that refuse to let players play up are probably doing it to chase team wins at the expense of player development.

Given that, I doubt ECNL would ban players from playing up.
