Perhaps some of you and your spouses should have spoken with the coach about your concerns individually before trying to undermine him all season. You know who you are. All season you’ve done nothing but complain about Garvin and try to scare parents by making up stories of verbal and mental abuse by the coach. You played your card with your zoom call on Monday and there really is no way to walk it back now. There is one family leading the charge and it’s time for you to seek an immediate release from the club. We’ll be fine and it will allow the team to begin to heal.

There’s a couple more 2011 families besides the C family who needs to leave or be shown the door. THEN our team can finally begin to heal and come together.

I love seeing parents with zero athletic ability, maybe JV level soccer experience, and entitlement have such a soccer IQ that you can voice talent and play of other players. One coaches opinion about your daughter is one opinion and don’t let that go to your head.

We should all show grace and mercy for each other because that’s what we get from God. Patience, kindness, and a gentle spirit can go a long way in understanding each-others differences. I hope everyone finds their peace because you will never find it by putting your faith in a coach. No knock on him, he has his style and we are to respect it.
