GQ will have a National Championship level team as soon as he is able to upgrade the GK position and strengthen up the bench when the disgruntled bench players leave

Before the playoffs, Prime beat Virginia DA 5-0 and Chicago Inter 5-1 at the South Carolina Showcase. Within the past 6 months, the Prime 11's have also tied GSA, CESA, NC Courage, and Real Colorado. Results speak that this team can be competitive against non-Florida teams.
they beat UFA, AFU, and South carolina... a murderers' row. You are truly deluded. - and then of course, the inescapable losses vs actual out of conference talent ((6-0...oh boy....." BBBBbbbut they went on to be this year's champions. " noted.) and..HEEEEEEYYYYY they tied some mediocre teams outside of Florida too!!

this was fun. let's just refer back to the first response. garvin is the captain of the ship now, and things should be righted soon with what i expect to be a good bit of change. the rest of this is all a bunch of noise from egos.

Florida teams are talent, but they lack depth to be field National Championship teams. Just too many teams in Florida, and without consolidation, there will always be a problem with depth.

There’s a lot to unwrap here but let’s start with the families who tried to oust the head coach. Did said families leave prime on their own or were they removed by the club?
What did three coach do? Some examples please? There’s no record of anything in the SafeSport database under GQ’s name.

I was sent a link to this forum and was told to read and see what the real issue here is!!! Wow, a bunch of keyboard warriors that wouldn’t have the audacity to say 95% of this crap to anyone’s face. The fact that there are parents, I know who you are also, attacking 13 year old girls and acting like high school teenagers speaks volume. No wonder the girls are malicious towards each other. No wonder this club has issues right now cause it’s being managed by parents who go after kids and take personal meaningless shots at other parents. GQ has been on this team for 3-4 months and can’t be to blame for this team’s issue currently. It’s the parents that are willing to talk at another parent the way they do here are certainly having conversations in front of their daughter that they shouldn’t have. A lot of individuals on this team now and GQ didn’t start this. I can’t talk about ALL the issues being said about the coach cause frankly it’s all hearsay to me so I wouldn’t try to understand or have an opinion. You accept the standard you walk past, and yes if you aren’t happy then leaving is your option/decision, and that’s fine. I have watched most of these girls grow from little girls playing this game they love and it’s sad to see the current state of the 2011’s cause I care for ALL of them and want the best for ALL of them.
This is Dale Stauffer and I encourage you to come talk to me about anything I said here or if you want to tell me how bad my kid is and doesn’t deserve to work hard and have fun. You know where to find me!!

Regardless of how you feel about a player or a coach, you are talking about 13 year old girls who just want to go out and play the game that they love. Looks like it’s the parents on this team that are keeping it from reaching their full potential. Time to look in the mirror and grow up

Perhaps some of you and your spouses should have spoken with the coach about your concerns individually before trying to undermine him all season. You know who you are. All season you’ve done nothing but complain about Garvin and try to scare parents by making up stories of verbal and mental abuse by the coach. You played your card with your zoom call on Monday and there really is no way to walk it back now. There is one family leading the charge and it’s time for you to seek an immediate release from the club. We’ll be fine and it will allow the team to begin to heal.

This 2011 ECNL coup attempt is just one of many examples of how parents feel empowered at Prime FC.
