Did your daughter improve substantially last year? Did she get enough playing time. Is she happy with the role she played on her team? Did she get the personal attention from the coach and trainers she needed to develop to her fullest. Is she getting the attention and training that will enable her to stand out in High School and play College Soccer? These are important factors to consider at this time of the year. Coach Alex Ludwig and the Michigan Rovers are dedicated to the personal development of each and every Rovers player. Coach Ludwig will work hard with each and every player to ensure they are gaining the skills necessary to compete at the Highest Level. Our roster size of 15 field players per team results in maximum playing time. Each team will be coached by Alex Ludwig a USSF "A" Licensed coach and a Rovers staff trainer. This enables us to maintain a coach to player ratio of 1 to 8 resulting in maximum player development both technically and tactically. Personal attention to player development is critical if your daughter desires to play soccer in college. Our fees are $800 for a fall and spring team (U13,U14) and $500 for a Fall only team (U15,U16). This includes 2 tournaments, State Cup tournament entry fee, all coaching fees, practice/game field costs, referee fees and ROVERS TEAM CAMP. The Rovers Team Camp is an intense 5 day residential camp consisting of personal training, team training and conditioning. The team camp will also include 2-3 preseason games and team building activities. The Rovers Team Camp provides the foundation for a successful year of soccer. We are looking to build High Level Soccer Players and Championship Teams. We invite you to learn more about Coach Alex Ludwig and The Michigan Rovers at www.michiganrovers.com

This looks outstanding!
The format of your club is excellent. I have been on your website and enjoyed reading Coach Ludwig's extensive soccer background. I have two girls that will be u14 and u16 in the fall. We are very excited. See you on the 15th at tryouts!

I have to take my girl to this tryout
We have been looking at all the options and the more we learn about the Rovers the better they look. Spoke to several coaches and they gave Alex Ludwig the big thumbs up. Good to see something just for the girls.

Intersting...
So, this is a girls club that will have only 4 teams in Premier. Looks like you get a lot for your dollar. Personal attention is good. The coach Alex Ludwig has his bio posted on the Rovers web- page. It was very impressive reading. I think they will do well.

How many Kids will actually show up to this New Club
Besides the positive feedback that you Two guys over in Grand Rapids have been recieving. Is there any "REAL" conformations or signed kids that will actually be playing for the woof woofs? Sounds like a nice "Idea" but in reality doesnt sound like it will work. I mean who would leave a good club to go to yours? Not everyone is hurting in this economy or would want to put all their eggs in one basket. To take a risk is not likely for people in Michigan. Good Luck, but my money is on NO ONE showing up to this Tryout. I may just drive by Madison Heights Lamphere to see for myself.

What club do you work for?
I am interested in the ROVERS as I am sure many others are also. If we followed your logic everything in youth soccer would remain the same. You and the soccer bums that can't hold real jobs would love that! I am sure there is more than enough interested players to form 4 quality teams. You way over-cooked your post and it is quite obvious you are with one of the BIG CLUBS. What are you so afraid of? Can't stand the competition? You are so transparent. People are looking for better training and coaching. Give it up. Go back to your fake accent and rip -off pricing. The Rovers will do well. They are in it for all the right reasons. It is SAD you are not. Hey Rovers, see you at tryouts!!!

Rovers will do fine...
There are always players of quality looking for a place to shine. Sounds like Rovers will be big on teaching and skill building. Looking for girls that want to play in college. Sounds like a very good philosophy to build players and teams around. The coach has got a great background. If you really want your kid to show MARKED improvement i would say the Rovers are a safe bet. Good luck Mr.Ludwig

Latta peeps gunna show
The Rovers seem to be about quality. I myself am glad to see a new idea hit youth soccer. There are great players out there looking to hit their stride and make their mark. The Rovers have a lot to offer. Being fresh and new is a good thing. I would not hesitate to train under Alex Ludwig. He has got CHOPS....

Magic words "Fresh and New"
You are right many players and families are looking for a NEW opportunity for their kids. New is great! No Politics! No Drama! A new club can give players a chance to make a name for themselves. Get Noticed! A chance to play the position they REALLY want to play! As long as the coaching is good there is no reason not to explore a happier soccer experience. I mean let's face it , a lot of kids ride the pine that should be playing. There are a lot of great players that will never be discovered unless they get a better chance and more playing time. Not to mention better training. I SAY GO FOR IT! My kid is. I like this Rovers thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
