I was young once more purest thoughts I always find the good in person maybe the value added feature. I think everyone has some value add including the staff that are at CSU and the staff that left . At the end of the day all sides will be fine thinking something could be better or should be better this person or that person is better qualified to me is just your personal opinion that is it. If you want to add value then volunteer .

I call it “The Last Resort Rule.” It was taught to me by a great teacher at Unknown School named Unknown, who taught a course in pitch appellate advocacy. At the last moment in the last class of the course, when he had taught us everything he knew, he said: “These are my final words on advocacy. If you have the pitch facts on your side, hammer the pitch facts. If you have the pitch law on your side, hammer the pitch law. If you have neither the facts nor the law, hammer the pitch.”

Fear of failure is one of the most prevalent stressors in sports. The youth system here puts an undue emphasis on winning at the expense of individual player development. No! This is just one issue in a systemic disease that is yet to be fully characterized in youth soccer. Coral Springs is working to change that !

This is the place for tons of experimentation and individual play.
This is where you “let the kids play”.
Where you:
Dribble all you want
Long ball all you want
Play on pavement, dirt, weeds, mud, … whatever
Thread the needle as a center back
Shoot all you want
Meg people in your defensive 3rd
Try all kinds of fancy stuff on any part of the field
Go in hard or don’t go in hard
Stay in, or stray out of, position
Pass the ball whenever you feel like it
Experiment with your shooting and step overs
… you get the idea.
These are the pick up games – the street games.
Much, if not most, individual technique, creativity, and needed swagger are shaped here.

Coral Springs is making great teams as of late there younger age group is laced with talent this club is heading in the directions that was needed for a long time ! There enrollment has stayed steady and they have not lost any kids. It is well run tryouts are expected to yield players to fill holes and add depth to the bench in both girls and boys team.
