I understand playing better teams will help make your team better.
I also understand entering tournaments that you know you can be competitive and have a chance to win.
What do you think?

For sure it it is right situation. Good experience vs though teams but your squad although playing well had little chance of winning. In that situation yiu should go.gold

If given the choice between playing tougher comp and weaker comp, you always want to go with the tougher comp. With that said, in these tournaments, if you are attending the correct ones, should be close games with fairly evenly matched teams, that is where you will see the greatest benefit.

I saw some top level Rush boys trying out and they were good. Why would you stay at a club that does not promote (Rush,ACYS, GPS, etc) higher level development plus getting in front of college coaches, oh ya I forgot its change and the club is close. With the addition of new boys ECNL teams here these other clubs are going be playing with lesser quality players and against diluted teams. You think the current FL Elite team will be around next season, no most will be ECNL.
