Signed on the players with the lure of a good coach and then bait and switch the teams with new hires to be announced.

A lot of the top FESA guys cover each other. We've had most of those coaches doing some of our games/ training this season. They work as a team.

This info made me a bit curious, so I decided to run some numbers. Enjoy!

FESA- 95 competitive teams, 42 coaches = 2.26 teams per coach
JAYFC- 104 competitive teams, 62 coaches = 1.67 teams per coach

Now, discuss all you TS trolls!

FESA is desperate to bury the above info as quickly as possible. Making up posts as we speak to make it go away. This is good info, and one of many reasons the JAYFC coaching staff is so much better than FESA's. Far more quality licensed coaches at JAYFC as well.

JFC, focus on if you can fill those teams tonight and whether you will be able to retain the coaches and then whether you have enough money to play them! If JFC has a lower team to coach ratio then that is a good thing as long as those coaches are quality.

A coach is good to know but at this point these mega clubs should have incredible well trained staff that is interchangeable, and no player should be afraid of who their kids are given as coaches. Unfortunately, there are some bad coaches out there. Bubb has weeded through the FESA coaches and is hiring only the best and FESA has the money to do so and expect new coaches to be rolling in for the fall. For now, parents and players expect to at least have a coach listed whether or not things change. The idea of listing a team of coaches for age group elite training pools is forward thinking.

lol....all about the $$$$$$$$$. No reason to have more than 2-3 travel teams in each age group. The rest should be enjoying the game in a far less expensive recreation environment. Especially after the U12 age. Bubb is all about the $$$.
