For every negative, a thousand positives!

1st, We were recruited by JFC, the coach outright lied to us when we discussed what was expected from a big move like this. Of course once they had the money , the obstinance set in, and anything said during recruiting was either meaningless or forgotten.
What specific promises were made and not followed through on?
2nd, the DOC is spineless, and has no power. Of course when your coach is also a Board member, the DOC is completely boxed out. BIG PROBLEM and CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The BOD changed mid-year. Old or new board member?
3rd, Due to a FYSL screw up . tryouts were in the middle of the spring season. Not JFC's fault, only how they handled it. After trying out and making the FESA team, with 48 hours we were shown the door. It was done verbally to create no record, and it was framed in a nice way. We got the old " we only want the best for your kid, and you can leave now if you want" In the interim, my child was benched from her starting position. No return of any monies were offered, and it looks like they will keep unused tourney fees as well. (TBD) So we took the hint and left. If it wasn't for FESA standing up and welcoming her , my child would have been a soccer orphan for the remainder of the season.
I'm pretty in tune with the "happenings" around the club, and have heard no such story. Things that make you go hmmmm???
The grass really isn't greener at JFC . The drive sucks azz , and I cant see where the skill of the trainers is any better, and may be weaker. What is worse than all that. They do not foster a winning attitude. At least in my coaches case, the pendulum has swung so far left he wasn't even corrective. It is one thing to be nice and to focus on development, however part of that is being corrective in a positive way. I don't care so much about winning or losing , as I do about at least competing to try to win. Big difference !, I didn't see that at JFC.
Your grammar and disregard for simple punctuation is awfully similar to the same FESA fabricator that has terrorized this thread for months. Just sayin!
I know darn well you can ping my IP , and I don't care, but If I get attacked for speaking the truth, I will repost this, and I will name names and I won't be nice about it. So please be guided accordingly.
I will start by saying that I am not convinced that you are not a troll and making this entire story up to smear our club club. However, I will respond:
First, there are always 3 sides to every story. Your side, their side, and somewhere in the middle is the truth.
Second, I'm sorry as I'm sure the club is as well, that you had a less than great experience at our club, which isn't called JFC anymore btw. In business, as in life, you simply can't please everyone. In youth soccer, so much is dependent on the coach that is assigned to you and the players/families you kid will play with. Some of those things can only be controlled so far by the club.
Third, I know of at least 20 former FESA families that are literally over the moon thrilled with their decision to change clubs, and come over to Armada. Now, most of them are either DA, ECNL, or at a minimum on the Elite teams, so maybe the difference in offering isn't enough at the lower levels? I can tell you that no other club in town could offer what Armada offers for my family, and 90% of people I talk to are extremely happy with their experience! You always have at least 1 out of 10 that is just unhappy with all things in their lives.
Time to move on. Best of luck to you and yours at your next destination. If there's any truth to your story that is.
