Two questions....looking for honest answers, not drama.
1. Will the club be called JFC or JAFC.....the name does not matter to me, I just want an indicator to see how many half truths there are going around.
2. Will Boys DA be funded (partly funded), and how much will I be paying next season.
thx

1. TBD- A new ownership group (from Germany) has either finalized or is very close to finalizing an agreement to purchase the Armada Pro team. There have been no discussions to date between the new owners and the youth academy regarding the future use of the name or any partnership terms going forward.
2. Without more information on #1 it's hard to answer this question. I'd say it's safe to assume that if the new Armada owners decide not to move forward with a partnership then any funding for the DA would go away. To the best of my knowledge, none of that has been discussed as of yet.
The reality is that the name issue really isn't much of an issue at all. If the club needs to go. Ack to being JFC, then the club goes back to being JFC. As far as any funding goes, while it is a very nice perk for the club and the current DA families to have some funding, it is NOT a make or break situation for the club. The club was a great and successful club before and it will be if there is an after. Without funding the DA would likely cost the same as any other travel team.
That's honestly all I know!

Is SM German or have anything to do with the new investors into the pro team? Something is up at Florida Elite. Florida Elite has a new PR person and she is getting FESA's big Platinum sponsors to stay for 2017 and getting new big time sponsors. FESA will be paying for its ECNL athletes before long to have buses. More importantly, FESA the biggest club in town and the future will be requiring its families to buy season tickets to the pro team if the pro team is aligned with the many youth clubs.
