The future is long. Worry about your club and your kid's playing time in college. My kid is happy playing on the Elite 3 team at FESA and that's the truth.

Get a group of parents together and talk to the club. Tell them to fix it or you'll leave. One parent complaining is a gnat that can be swatted away. Many parents is a swarm to be taken seriously

As parents, we need to come to the realization that youth soccer in Florida is run by a group of misfit rejects. Some may have great technical skill at the sport, but no one, absolutely no one at any club anywhere, has any business acumen to properly run their organization. Look beyond the coach and see what they do for a living. How do they make their money? Are any of them titans of industry? Leaders in their respective fields? Successful business owner? Even a senior manager in a large company? None. And there is a reason for that. In the real world, they cannot properly perform. For some reason, we think that incompetence is erased when they arrive at the soccer field. It doesn't. Same retard with just a club jacket on.
