And OCYS ECNL are majority Purple 1 players, we know how well they did this season (not so good). What's the point?
FKK or for that matter OCYS took the step to get ECNL, thinking of their players for once. I'd rather have my son play on a average ECNL team with the potential of attracting better players, playing more competitive teams and getting college coach exposure. Not all black players moved to ECNL, coaches would be dumb to do this. FKK has been actively recruiting from outside by attending state cup games and I'd bet they get good talent at the expense of other clubs not offering ECNL.

Top teams at Armada play ECNL and DA.

They don't have full DA yet so what about those age groups? And you can only develop 1 competitive team per age with all that depth? What about the other clubs in the finals with ECNL and DA?

Which one was the coach? One was listed but to be honest the direct took over and things went to ****. If they would just move up with the u19 next year or at least the few that stay they have a better chance. Just go to the other tryout next week screw the u18. It will be same director coach at that level. Move now

Honestly it depends on the tournament. Our teams go to all showcase tournaments from U13 up. At no time are we trying to win because that is not the object of showcase tournaments. The object is to have players seen by various schools. That means each and every player on our teams get from 1/2 a game to a whole game at those tournaments. They also also go in and out and playing various positions depends on what what college coach is present and looking at what players and what they want to see from that player.

This is why comp soccer sucks for kids who don't care about college soccer $.
