In my opinion you do not choose a tournament based on winning. You choose a tournament based on challenging the team you are coaching. Hopefully the coach responsible for said team is able to understand their teams capabilities compared to the competition. Challenging players and teams with tough competition should be a goal when choosing a tournament.

You cannot legally sell a non-profit. But you can merge, in which case all contracts would pass to the surviving entity, although I imagine the DA agreement with US soccer gives them the right to pull the affiliation if they want.

And this must be about Player's Club who is shopping a U12 DA program with no players all around tampa looking for some club to give him a team in exchange for... well, nothing actually.

Boca Academy will have a new name, seal, and colors for the 2018-2019 Academy year. The agreement between Boca United, Parkland, and Boynton plus one more club will create this new brand.

Q: Will the name of the Boca United Academy Program be changed?

A: The name of the new Academy partnership will remain Boca United for the upcoming 2017-18 season. However, we will be changing the Academy name, logo, uniforms, colors, etc. for the 2018/19 season and beyond. The new Academy name will be created soon, and it will be a name that represents both programs and our area in general.

Thing about WFF, when you think no way in hell, they surprise you. Don't think it is them either, but history shows there is nothing absolute about them. If Players Club can have U12 DA with 10 kids, why couldn't WFF have it with the remain 5 kids they have left.

If director sells the rights to his club to another club does the purchasing club now have DA affiliation and able run DA teams?

I heard this is coming up because TBU may be purchasing WFF. Decided merger was not the right way to go but an outright purchase might be the right way to go. TBU has the resources to do it.
