Why not ask those who know, ask the girls...

      Re: Lamphere High School

I don't think approaching minors is a good idea by any means. I am not with the HS program nor the Club program, so being
from the outside, probably not a good idea.

Yes, I see and understand your comment to ask the girls themselves, but let's think this out deeper.

What if this is a RC baiting tactic, maybe he is putting it out there they are leaving and waiting for someone
like us to "approach a minor" and he then gets on his high horse and saves the day with his whistleblowing weasle style approach?

Let's be cautious on this one.

Oh please, these aren't three year olds. They would confirm the poaching and the pressurring to come to the training session with his brother (again this is not all the girls, but two that aren't coming back) as well as why there are half a dozen girls planning on playing a different sport this Spring, eben though they have played soccer for years. This isn't a big deal, but it is sad that a "Coach" would alienate his players so bad, to make them feel this way about playing for him.

Hey, I am on your side for starters.

I know they are not three years old, but they are under eighteen and these days we have to take appropriate steps of approach.

ation is his calling card isn't it?

Here are the 5 steps of how to manage and their quoted examples:

          a) Pit player against player - "so and so says she's going for your spot this year, you better pick it up or she might"
          b) Pit parent against parent - "I hear the Jone ' s don't like how you give praise to two of the players on this team but not their kid as much"
          c) Pit parent against coach - "Coach, I hear you are telling others you don't think my kid is as good as the Jone ' s"
          d) Pit coach against coach - "I hear you want to take my team this next fall"
          e) Pit coach against director(s) - "I hear you don't think that a coach with anything less than an "A" should coach in the premier league"

LOL...............I mean how to manage to lose players, coaches, teams and Moooooo-Lahhhhhh. :unibrow:

            Re: Lamphere High School

from what i have heard the girls say he knows soccer but knows nothing about handling and motivating girls, saying he is very critical, to the point of tears on the team as well as players playing not to make mistakes and playing too tight

he did pit player against player but not as blatant as your your examples, more simply by playing less talented older players (as well as praising these less talented older players) over the more talented younger players, all the time like all the time, i can't stress enough that these girls said he constantly put down the younger talent that were winning the games and constantly, all the time, praising the older players that were part of the previous two win seasons

he would tell them how selfish they were how they were coached bad and incorrectly and how they had know idea what they were doing, all the while they were winning each and every game. then came the Centerline match, and the rest is history

i am sure nothing will change and lamphere will continue without the talented athletes that this team could have, they will always be close but not great, really sad because i dont think lamphere will ever see the talent that they will see in the next four years, unfortunately these soccer players will be swinging a bat at a much smaller ball because of a coach

That is a bit more blatant than explained I think, either way who cares.

just a wannabe 'coach' that is upset that he cannot get this HS job.

so he's making things up to stir the pot.

real players play for the love of the game, their team and themselves!

How funny! You think this is MJ! His only interest in the lamphere coach is his club parents complaining about RC, and his poaching, and his pushing players to hang out with his brother, as well as HIS players deciding not to play high school soccer because of RC. He's your boy Robert! Are you that stupid? I mean my god, you make decisions for our schools you imbecile! He has five players playing for him! He wouldn't give up the team for lamphere lol - lamphere! We are talking about lamphere here aren't we, not a OAA div 1 or 2 HS!!!. He had the the girls RO job and didnt take it because of the RO girls playing for him. I'm not a smart man, but I know what DUMB is!

I know that RB is an idiot, his youngest played for MC and he thought he was great, and he knew about his past
