With the firing of the previous coach, we can say it's safe to say it's not because of the coach. Removed him all should have been dandy and fine with everyone wanting to stay with the God of Thunder.

unfortunatly, LOL, they didn't stay.

Now before you ask, how come the players that left did not go play for the previous coach?

Because,

Part of the coaches written agreement to step away from the club was; the coach and his soccer associates were not have contact with those parents and players until after the first week of July (three weeks after try-outs). Even those that did show to his tryouts he felt it was best for both if they moved on.

This agreement was obeserved by a signed witness and a mysl official.

silly question here, not to ask a question atop of a question.

Word was originally j ack was "poaching", but the whoe VE club says everyone is a poacher if a player leaves VE and goes to play for someone else.

ok, the question is, if the coach was breaking a rule, why pay him to leave?

Ask yourself this......Does it really matter?? Everybody has moved on. The only innocents in this situation was the girls. They were the victims. The Club and the old coach owed them more than what they got and they have moved on....why can't this die?? Because parties involved want to "zing" each other in a blind forum, yet spill the information. This isn't the only team or the only club that has DRAMA. Its a small soccer world and everybody will some way find out about all of this in the end. Soccer Gods = Kharma and it will all come around!!

old coach couldnt say good bye remember? couldn't do the right thing because he was forced to sign an agreement.

if he had called everyone to say good luck or what ever he'd gotten fu**ed yes?

Sure the kids are the innocent vics of these adults WHO GET PAID for what they do, if it weren't for the money I would agree to let bygones be bygones but these self proclaimed gods of the sport ARE PAID and infact make a living taking money from folks that think they do a good job training their kids when infact most of the time they persuade dumb adults to write checks for not much more than a rec team...

to add "forced" to sign. it was not to sign to receive a 2500 check. it was because VE / USL thretened to go forth with poaching against coach. basically take the money go away and we'll leave u alone? LOL

Stand up thing? The old coach was only "restricted" through July. Stand up thing, would have been not to have done what he did. Stand up thing would have been to consider the girls first, instead of his own selfish needs. Stand up thing, would be to let this subject move on as the girls have done. Instead the pot keeps getting stirred. The stand up thing would be to not let these girls or their talents be continually berated. Yes, some move on, probably because they weren't being catered to anymore. Yes, some stayed, probably because they felt there was something there. Either way, the girls have moved on.

Stand up thing...how about letting this subject retire and find something else to "gossip" about!

kinda remember two indoor games at ultimate agaisnt a team they played twice and they lost to a combined total 21-1

but why was he paid if he did something wrong? because he didnt. it was an assumed problem, so to get rid of it, they threw money at him, threatened an "or else" and the problem went away.

now all is good, just gotta keep MH from appearing at outdoor fields watching other team training sessions now. LOL

Don't believe a word you are saying. MH is seen training her own club teams Monday thru Thursday, games to coach on Friday evening and weekends. House league to run during the day. Kid to drive to his practice with Vardar..... Plays on 2 teams after 9pm at ultimate. Where would she find time to even be somewhere else?
