Listen to the people telling you not to do it. That’s just a money grab. If the kid is really good pay for them to play w other talented kids not just the best kids in one town.

Money grab? Who gets the money? The Club is a volunteer run non-profit. I can’t say for sure anymore, but when I knew the folks running NEFC, the coaches got a percentage of the players fees for recruiting them. That was on top of their pay. That’s a money grab.
