If I was a bayside parent I would be embarrassed that they lost. Those girls ran their mouths to our daughters and we just showed them up being scrappy. This team is brand new and played terrible yesterday but they are way better than that and will work on their skill! Good luck girls!

To top it off the worst part is your parents being ok with it or even worst telling you to cheat. Soccer in the US is screwed! Even old women in England know what good soccer looks like and how it should be played there is no alternative to playing soccer the right way in other countries.

England is not the home of good soccer. Unfortunately, we have come to think of England as a model. Another problem with the leadership of US Soccer. Most of the best players in England come from other countries. the English would view a scrappy team defending well and defeating a superior opponent very well, as you often see this in the EPL. One game or one tournament does not make a team, but Lusitania can certainly build on a game like this.

And by the way, which European team has the US had trouble with?

Really??

(you know like last night) another team shows up. So, keep racking up the training session wins and we will take the actual game wins. As an aside, my goodness you Bayside people are so arrogant. Now the Lusitana win was not good enough because it did not conform to the Bayside opinion as to what winning soccer is.

I have to agree with JL, and others. Its not like bayside played great in the first place. I am just a spectator with respect for both teams.
