My position is parents have their hands full trying to navigate this mess and figure out youth soccer for their players. They need lectures from chat forum scolds like they need a hole in the head. Go run your club or find something else to do.

So, let's be clear. You (voluntarily) come onto a chat forum and complain about a rule that was very clearly in place, complain about the rule, and the comments pointing that out?

Doesn't matter if it's a dumb rule (it is) or not. It's the rule. Don't like it, don't play DA. It's just that simple. There's other options out there - all the rest in fact - that don't require you to give up HS soccer.
