Main difference I think is the league. The teams will play in ecnl and not the gda. Not very different at all, at least here in the NE, but there are many invested in selling one league over the other and there is money at stake so expect the league nonsense to continue.

So the rumor is on the other site that Albertson lost their money man. That place seems to be falling apart. What staff is left there with how many teams? They just lost one of the clubs best players. Are they self destructing?

Eh, he was able to get that kid who never got an invite to a NT camp, rostered for the U16 gnt trip to the Netherlands, so there's that. The guy coaches like half the uswnt in league play, USSF loves him, they'll keep tossing him some bones.

You can't use one player to prop up a poorly run club. Others see it for what it is. And giving him that much credit for a player's success doesn't account for her own skill and hard work.

Well, that family finally had it, and they have been around forever...LI girls soccer royalty right there, deny if you want, or need, but it's true, she is the best player on LI at her age, and that's a lot of kids.

Too many families with craploads of money to spend in a concentrated area where too many clubs and leagues call themselves "elite". So many options for money to buy that title.
