We'll see, but yes I do believe the ones who will not return will be replaced by better players. But, it's July while the team looks better on paper that doesn't mean reality later on.

Who knows, maybe some of the new players have parents who would rather be doing something else and don't see any value in this new endeavor and will drag the team down....

I'm not complaining. Some of the kids who weren't invited back my kid played with for a very long time so it was sad to see them go. One of them I felt got a bad break.

My players are fairly happy and I wish every player the same. They will eventually understand better what this is and will likely put their own players through it one day while they suffer through all the flaws. You can suffer the flaws silently, on TS, verbally, whatever. They are still flaws. Maybe one day a great option will be available and they have every strong player around.

Not trying to indicate I'm different or special or unusual. I'm just a person, one who has a kid who is dedicated to her craft.

On the other hand, you are clearly unhappy with your product, the value you've put on it and it's return on your family, so you have made a conscience decision to just remove the dedication part of the team environment. Maybe as some sort of social protest or something? Not really sure what your end game is.

You spend X, and are unhappy. So, you still spend X, are still unhappy, but are less dedicated.

Why bother?
