NYCFC the club, also know as the big club, the big-big club, or just a team with a home, has never I.M.O. made the parents feel like they were involved with the club. There was coordination throughout, especially in the first year. Its obvious that the bb club, gave it a shot, saw the situation, deferred to K, and there you go....
P.S. She will not regret one moment of this experience, it was special last year, all hail the pioneers, the rebels and Mutineers...

Huh? Rebels? If we were rebels, all us parents would band together and dispense with so much of the nonsense and take back the sport for our kids instead of the fools running this circus.

That is how MLS clubs treat the boys and their families for the most part. No warm and fuzzies. They don't want families involved as it's a focus on developing pro players (and you're not paying for it with BDA so there's that too). Not surprising if they treated girls' families the same.

Spare me a comparison of the boys most da experience vs. any girls da. The girls are nothing. Ussf could not even be bothered to start a Gda for a decade while they focused on the boys

And then, only took on GDA so they could defray costs and losses on the boys side and try to steal some of the thunder of the USWNT success that they could not create on the men's side.

If they really want to take on the ecnl they need to put some money behind it. Maybe the gda is stong enough in other conferences to win out. Not sure. In the NE, it needs some serious attention and fast.

Very few NT players are coming out the NE, other than a couple in MA and NY, more attention paid to SE, TX, MI, CO and CAL.

10 years from today, I will think about our times together with great fondness, yeah much more so than if we stayed with her previous team, we had some great times, laughs, tears, and great adventure. Don't regret a damn moment, neither should you.

That is great. I don't and won't either. Not sure what is so rebellious about seeking out and enjoying a good soccer experience for your kid. It is just much harder to do then it should be.

If only they'd made the league much smaller then they could have put some real money behind it. Instead they went for club and player volume and the few $ they gave for scholarships did very little. Their hearts were never in it. It was financial decision plus to distract from all the women's nt lawsuits about unequal treatment

Then make it equivalent to the boys side or why bother? Maybe it will be fine in other places.
